1. Regularly check the condition of lubricating oil: Lubricating oil is the blood of the gearbox. It is recommended to check the oil level every 3 months and replace the lubricating oil every six months. Oil that turns black, turbid, or contains impurities should be replaced immediately. Mixing different types of lubricating oil is prohibited to avoid lubrication failure and gear wear.

2. Regularly check the sealing and fastening situation: Before daily operation, check whether the gearbox oil seal and end cover are leaking oil, and whether the body bolts are loose. Long term vibration of outdoor equipment can easily lead to bolt loosening and seal failure. Timely tightening and replacement of seals can eliminate the hidden dangers of oil leakage and water ingress.

3. Strictly control the workload and eliminate rough operations: long-term overloading lifting, frequent emergency stops and starts are prohibited, as instantaneous impact loads can accelerate fatigue wear of gears and bearings. Standardized operation is the key to reducing gearbox failures and extending lifespan.

4. Take good measures to prevent dust and water: Construction sites, mines, and ports have high levels of dust and rainwater, and idle equipment should be covered and protected to prevent dust and rainwater from entering the box, and to prevent component corrosion and lubrication failure. Before long-term shutdown and restart, it is necessary to check the oil and component status in advance.
