Working conditions of worm gear reducer

Working conditions of worm gear reducer:

 1. The worm speed of worm gear reducer shall not exceed 1500r / min.

 2. The working ambient temperature is - 40 ℃ - + 40 ℃. When the working ambient temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0 ℃ before starting. When the working ambient temperature is higher than 40 ℃, cooling measures must be taken.

 3. The inlet shaft of worm gear reducer can rotate forward and backward. 

Precautions for worm gear reducer:

 1. Worm gear shaft cannot be used as input shaft.

 2. The supporting motor (i.e. power) shall not exceed the value specified on the label.

 3. If the user wants to change the direction of entering the shaft, remove the second end cover of the lower shaft, take out the worm shaft and adjust 180. Just load it. Do not knock hard when pressing, but slowly drive the two shafts to make them mesh.
