We can do a good job in the following aspects for the daily maintenance of planetary reducer.

1. Temperature control

Do a good job in monitoring the temperature of the planetary reducer, especially the temperature of the bearing, and check it regularly. In case of abnormal temperature, find out the cause and eliminate the fault in time.

2. Monitoring of abnormal noise

The planetary gear reducer has a stable sound during its operation. When the bearing is worn or the gear is worn seriously, there will be a large abnormal noise. We should closely monitor the noise of the gear reducer during the operation. If any abnormal noise is found, stop the gear reducer immediately, and restart the gear reducer after finding out the cause and taking relevant measures.

3. Monitoring of lubricating oil

During the daily maintenance of lubricating oil, the oil level and quality shall be well monitored. In case of insufficient oil leakage, find out the cause of oil leakage and deal with it in time; If the oil is found to be white and blistering, the water inflow of lubricating oil shall be explained and the lubricating oil shall be replaced in time; If the lubricating oil contains impurities such as copper and iron filings, it indicates that the existing parts in the reducer are seriously worn, and the cause should be found out immediately and troubleshooting should be carried out. In addition, it is also necessary to do a good job of sealing. The purpose of sealing is to prevent lubricant loss and prevent dust, water and other impurities on the bearing from entering the lubricating fluid.
