Transmission performance characteristics of B-series industrial gearboxes

1. Wide range of transmission structure and parameters

Transmission method: Adopting a combination of spiral bevel gears and helical gears with a straight axis (90 ° steering) structure, suitable for working conditions that require changing the transmission direction.

Parameter range: Supports 1 to 4 levels of deceleration transmission, with a speed ratio range typically between 5 and 400 (some can reach 1.25-450); The rated output torque is large (5.8-900 kNm), with a power coverage of 2.8-3000 kW, which can adapt to high-power and high torque heavy load conditions.

2. High precision gears and high load-bearing capacity

Material and process: Gears are mostly made of high-quality alloy steel (such as 20CrMnTi), which has undergone carburizing and quenching treatment (tooth surface hardness can reach HRC58-62), and high-precision grinding or grinding processes (accuracy up to 5-6 levels) are used. This endows the gearbox with extremely strong load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and longer service life.

Bearing configuration: The internal transmission parts are equipped with heavy-duty roller bearings, which can withstand large radial and axial forces, ensuring smooth operation.

3. Excellent heat dissipation and noise reduction design

Heat dissipation performance: The box adopts a sound-absorbing structure and is designed with a large surface area, and is equipped with a large-sized new type of air guide fan. This design ensures good heat exchange performance and fast heat dissipation, effectively reducing the overall temperature rise of the machine, thereby extending the oil change cycle and improving operational reliability.

Noise control: By using sound-absorbing box materials, large tooth contact ratios, and precise gear grinding processes, the noise characteristics of the gears have been significantly improved, making the equipment operate more quietly and smoothly.

4. Modularity and high usability

Universal Box: Adopting a universal design scheme, the box can be installed in parallel axis, orthogonal axis, vertical, horizontal and other ways, greatly reducing the types of components.

Flexible configuration: Supports multiple input methods (motor connection flange, shaft input) and output methods (solid shaft, key hollow shaft, expansion disc, spline shaft, flange output, etc.), and can be equipped with backstops, cooling coils, or combined with other series to obtain larger speed ratios according to needs.

5. High reliability and sealing protection

Sealing design: Adopting a combination structure of labyrinth seal and double lip skeleton oil seal, the dust and oil leakage prevention effect is significant, and it can adapt to harsh industrial environments such as high dust and humidity.

Lubrication method: Horizontal installation usually uses splash lubrication, while vertical installation can use immersion lubrication or oil pump forced lubrication to ensure lubrication effect under different installation postures.
