1、 Adjustment standards under different working conditionsNormal rated load condition: The first maintenance cleaning of the new machine during the running in period is completed within 200-300 hours, and then the oil tank is changed and cleaned synchronously every 12 months or 2500 hours thereafter.
Adverse operating conditions: 24-hour continuous operation, ambient temperature ≥ 40 ℃, high dust/humidity or impact load scenarios, with cleaning cycles directly shortened to 6 months or 1500 operating hours.
Special triggering scenario: When the oil emulsifies, turns black, mixes with metal debris, or gets wet due to water, the machine must be stopped immediately to thoroughly clean the fuel tank, without being limited by a fixed cycle.
2、 Supporting inspection requirements
Conduct a visual inspection of the oil status every 3 to 6 months. If the oil is found to be cloudy or flocculent, arrange for tank cleaning in advance.
The cleaning operation requires synchronous replacement of all seals, cleaning of residual oil sludge and impurities in the box, and avoiding secondary pollution of new oil.
