How to determine if the lubrication system is installed correctly when installing FA77-58.32-M1 gear reducer
1、 Installation posture and oil level foundation verificationHorizontal calibration of the machine body: Use a level to test the machining reference surface of the reducer, with a horizontal error of ≤ 0.1mm/m, to avoid tilting and causing local oil shortage or oil accumulation overheating.
Accurate oil level confirmation: After adding the specified type of lubricating oil, let it stand for 5 minutes, and the oil level should be stable between the centerline of the oil window or the upper and lower marks of the dipstick; Run for 30 minutes and stop for retesting. The oil level drop should not exceed 1/4 of the oil window height.
Oil quality compliance inspection: Confirm that the rust proof oil stored during transportation has been completely emptied, the newly added lubricating oil is clear and free of impurities and moisture, and the model meets the requirements of VG220/VG320 extreme pressure gear oil specified in the FA series.

2、 Static inspection of pipelines and seals
Oil circuit integrity inspection: The oil pipe is laid without bending, twisting, or flattening, and the oil nozzle is aligned with the gear meshing area and bearing lubrication point. The oil pump suction port of the forced lubrication model is completely immersed under the oil surface, and there is no problem of suspended air intake.
Full sealing surface leak detection: Check the oil pump interface, oil pipe joint, shaft extension oil seal, box joint surface and other parts point by point to confirm that there are no signs of oil leakage or dripping, and the flange fitting surface is tightly sealed without gaps.
3、 Dynamic verification under no-load and loaded conditions
Forced lubrication system pressure test: Before starting up, start the pre lubrication oil pump, and the system pressure should be stable at 0.2~0.4MPa (calibrated according to the FA model manual), without sudden pressure rise/drop or pipeline shaking.
No load operation verification: The manual turning drive is smooth and free of jamming. Within 30 minutes of no-load operation, the bearing oil temperature is ≤ 80 ℃, and there is no local overheating or whistling noise, indicating that the lubricating oil has fully covered all friction pairs.
Final confirmation with load: Gradually load to rated operating conditions, run continuously for 2 hours, and recheck the oil level and temperature. If there is no leakage in the lubrication system and the pressure is stable, the installation is qualified.
