Brief introduction of PW plane double enveloping toroidal worm reducer (GB/T16449-1996)
PW type plane double enveloping toroidal worm reducer (GB/T16449-1996) whose worm tooth surface is a plane as the mother plane, through the relative circular motion, envelops the tooth surface of the toroidal worm, and then the worm The tooth surface is a busbar, and the tooth surface of the worm wheel is enveloped by relative motion, which is called a plane double enveloping toroidal worm pair. It includes three types of PWU, PWO and PWS, which are suitable for the reduction transmission of mechanical equipment in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, petroleum, chemical, construction and other industries.
Working conditions: the angle of intersection of the two axes is 90°; the speed of the worm does not exceed 1500r/min; the working environment temperature is 0～40°C, when the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C or higher than 40°C, the lubricating oil should be heated or cooled before starting. The worm shaft can be operated in both forward and reverse directions.
