The electromagnetic design of A Series 6000V motors is optimized through finite element simulation. The stator core is stacked with high-grade low-loss silicon steel sheets to reduce iron loss, stray loss and magnetic leakage during continuous operation. The stator windings adopt high-performance electromagnetic wire and go through VPI vacuum pressure impregnation treatment. The integrated solid winding structure greatly improves dielectric strength, corona resistance and thermal aging resistance, effectively resisting voltage fluctuation and impact during frequent startup. The squirrel cage rotor is available in cast aluminum and copper bar versions. Copper bar rotor models feature higher mechanical strength, lower rotor resistance and excellent starting performance. They can produce high starting torque while restraining inrush current, avoiding severe impact to the 6kV power grid. Every rotor assembly undergoes high-precision dynamic balance testing to minimize vibration and noise under full load. The bearing system supports rolling bearings for medium-power models and sliding bearings for large-power specifications. PT100 temperature sensors can be embedded inside stator windings and bearings as optional configuration, transmitting real-time temperature signals to the central control system for over-temperature monitoring and early warning.
Multiple cooling options are available for different working environments. IC411 self-fan cooling is suitable for clean and well-ventilated indoor workshops. IC611 air-to-air closed cooling adopts independent internal air circulation, preventing dust, moisture and corrosive gas from entering the motor core, which fits dusty mines, cement plants and chemical workshops. The welded box frame delivers high rigidity and strong shock resistance, capable of enduring heavy load impact and frequent start-stop cycles. The motor surface can be coated with special anti-corrosion paint for coastal salt fog or corrosive gas environments.
