Sealing is the first line of defense against moisture and needs to be upgraded and optimized for critical areas

Upgrade the sealing of the shaft end and joint surface
Replace the original nitrile rubber (NBR) oil seal with a more water-resistant fluororubber (FKM) or ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) oil seal, which improves its water expansion resistance by more than 50%;
The input/output shaft end adopts a triple protection structure of "skeleton oil seal+labyrinth seal+dust ring", and is filled with extreme pressure grease to form a dynamic sealing barrier inside;
Apply oil resistant sealant (such as polytetrafluoroethylene adhesive) to the joint surface of the box, and install an O-ring to achieve dual sealing.
Optimize the moisture resistance of the ventilation system
Replace the ordinary breathable cap with a rainproof breathable cap with a waterproof filter element to prevent rainwater and moisture from entering the box through respiration;
In high humidity environments, a breathing valve with built-in desiccant can be installed, and the color of the desiccant should be checked regularly (turning red indicates failure) to ensure that the air inside the box is dry.
