What are the precautions for adjusting the gear machining method of ZLY180-8-1 reducer

When adjusting the gears of ZLY180-8-1 reducer, remember these points to make it easier for you:

1、 Must check items before adjustment

Mechanical connection: Use a torque wrench to check the anchor bolts and coupling bolts to ensure that they are not loose.

Lubrication system: The oil level should be above the centerline of the oil gauge. If the oil is cloudy or contains metal debris, replace it immediately.

Electrical safety: Confirm that the turning direction of the jog motor is consistent with the identification of the reducer, and install a protective cover.

2、 Key points in adjustment

1. Gasket adjustment method:

Controlling the axial position of the gear by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the gasket is suitable for the ZLY180 series.

Use a dial gauge to check coaxiality during operation (radial deviation ≤ 0.05mm, axial deviation ≤ 0.03mm).

2. Load trial operation:

Graded loading (25% → 50% → 75% → 100%), run each level for 1-4 hours, and record vibration and temperature data.

After stopping the machine, check the contact spots on the tooth surface with red lead powder (along the tooth height ≥ 40%, along the tooth length ≥ 50%).

3、 Safety and Maintenance

1. Protective measures: It is strictly prohibited to touch rotating parts during debugging, and goggles and gloves should be worn.

2. Regular maintenance:

Replace the lubricating oil after the new machine's running in period (150-300 hours), and change the oil every 6-8 months during long-term operation.

Check the fasteners and seals, and clean the dust on the surface of the equipment.

Attention: After adjustment, a trial run verification is required to ensure that there are no abnormal noises, vibrations, or overheating phenomena.
