Assembly method of harmonic reducer and drive roller shaft
1. Hot charging method
For the assembly with small clearance, the hot assembly method is usually used. The clearance between the harmonic reducer and the drive roller shaft is 0.04 mm, and the assembly clearance is small. The first consideration is the hot charging method. If the hot charging method is used, it is easy to damage the seal of the reducer in the high temperature environment, reduce its tightness, and affect the performance of its internal parts and the overall transmission, so the hot charging method is not applicable.
2. Knocking method
When installing the harmonic reducer, the hoisting method is generally adopted, that is, the reducer is lifted, so that the double keyway of the shaft hole on the reducer is aligned with the double key of the drive roller shaft, and the deflection is not allowed. It is extremely difficult and labor-intensive to slowly install the reducer onto the roller shaft by manual tapping and other methods. However, the reducer hole and the drive roller shaft are connected by double keys, and the installation length is 300mm. Generally, the transition fit is adopted. During hoisting and striking, it is very easy to cause the reducer to tilt, causing jamming, and causing serious difficulties to assembly.
