How to ensure the installation accuracy of the oil pool inclined design of ZSC600-37.9-1 soft tooth surface gear reducer
The ZSC600-37.9-1 soft tooth surface gear reducer adopts an oil pool inclined design, and its installation accuracy directly affects the lubrication effect, heat dissipation performance, and equipment life. To ensure installation accuracy, it is necessary to strictly control the four key links of foundation construction, positioning control, angle matching, and detection and verification, especially to prevent lubrication failure or local wear caused by installation deviation.1、 Ensure the flatness and stability of the installation foundation
The foundation is a prerequisite for installation accuracy and must meet the requirements of high rigidity and high precision:
Basic surface treatment: The top surface of the concrete foundation should be finely ground to ensure a flatness error of ≤ 0.1mm/m and avoid deformation of the box due to local settlement or protrusion.
Precision of pre embedded anchor bolts: The template positioning method is used to pre embed anchor bolts, with a positional deviation controlled within ± 2mm and a verticality deviation of ≤ 1/1000.
Secondary grouting quality: After the equipment is initially leveled, secondary grouting is carried out using non shrink high-strength grouting material to ensure sufficient contact between the foundation and the base, and to prevent loosening during operation.
2、 Strictly control the inclination angle and direction of the oil tank
The design angle of the inclined oil tank (usually 3 °~5 °) is the core parameter to ensure lubrication uniformity:
Angle matching design value: During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the actual inclination direction and angle of the reducer are completely consistent with the manufacturer's drawings, and cannot be adjusted without authorization, otherwise it will cause an imbalance in the oil immersion depth of the high and low speed gears.
Using specialized fixtures for positioning: It is recommended to use an adjustable shim set with an angle ruler or electronic level for fine adjustment to ensure a longitudinal tilt angle error of ≤± 0.1 °.
Avoid reverse installation: the inclined oil pool has directionality. The high end is the foam digestion area, and the low end is the oil gathering area. Reverse installation is strictly prohibited, or it will lead to oil shortage of high-speed gear and increased power consumption of low-speed mixing.
3、 Accurately execute coupling alignment and shaft calibration
Poor alignment can cause vibration and bearing overload, thereby affecting oil film stability:
Alignment standard: radial deviation ≤ 0.05mm, axial end face parallelism ≤ 0.05mm/m. It is recommended to use a laser alignment instrument for dynamic calibration.
Thermal expansion reserve: If the connected equipment is a high-temperature operating component (such as kiln transmission), during cold alignment, the input end of the reducer can be slightly lower than the motor side by 0.05-0.1mm to compensate for thermal uplift displacement.
Coupling clearance inspection: Ensure that the axial spacing meets the manufacturer's requirements to prevent excessive bearing preload caused by axial compression.
