Precautions for using FAB060 planetary gearbox with servo motor

FAB060 planetary gearbox has 7 optional sizes: 42mm-220mm, rated output torque: 14Nm-2000Nm, reduction ratio single-stage: 3/4/5/6/7/8/10, reduction ratio two-stage: 12/15/20/25/30/35/40/50/60/70/100. Back clearance single-stage: ≤ 1, ≤ 3, ≤ 5 arc minutes. Therefore, when using FAB060 planetary reducer with servo motor, precautions should be taken:

1. Matching accuracy: Ensure that the accuracy of the reducer matches the performance of the servo motor to achieve precise control and motion.

2. Rated torque: It is necessary to consider the compatibility between the rated torque of the reducer and the output torque of the servo motor, in order to avoid overloading or insufficient torque.

3. Transmission ratio: Reasonably select the transmission ratio to meet the system's requirements for speed and torque.

4. Installation accuracy: Ensure the installation accuracy of the reducer and motor, ensure that coaxiality meets requirements, and reduce vibration and noise.

5. Inertia matching: The inertia of the two needs to be appropriately matched to optimize the dynamic response performance of the system.

6. Work environment: Consider the impact of the work environment on the gearbox and motor, such as temperature, humidity, corrosiveness, etc.

Transmission ratio requirement: Determine the appropriate transmission ratio based on the required output speed and input speed.

Torque carrying capacity: Ensure the ability to withstand the maximum torque required by the system.

Accuracy level: Select the corresponding level of reducer according to the application's requirements for accuracy.

Installation size and form: It should match the installation space and structure of the equipment.

Adaptability to working environment: environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, corrosiveness, etc.

Brand and Quality: Choose a reliable brand to ensure quality and reliability.

For servo motors:

Power size: Meet the power requirements of the load.

Speed range: Suitable for the speed requirements of the application.

Control accuracy: Select the appropriate motor according to the control accuracy requirements.

Inertia characteristics: match the system's inertia and dynamic performance requirements.

Feedback device: such as the accuracy and type of encoder.
