Analysis of the causes of overheating of cycloidal pinwheel reducer

Cycloidal pinwheel reducers are an important part of reducers, but they all face important fault problems. What should we do if the reducers overheat, and how should we handle these faults in a timely manner. If not handled in a timely manner, serious damage to the gearbox may occur.

If the cycloidal gear reducer generates heat during use and the temperature is too high, it can generally be divided into the following possibilities:

1. This may be due to an issue with the eccentric bearing and a malfunction.

2. Of course, this is only a general situation, and other factors also need to be considered, such as the newly purchased machine, which may have unreasonable assembly or problems. Of course, this knowledge is the first reflection that needs to be formed in the mind after discovering a temperature fault in the gearbox, but it does not mean that the problem is due to this reason.

3. For the temperature issue of the cycloidal gear reducer, there may be another important factor to consider, which is the issue of lubricating oil. If the reducer lacks lubricating oil, it may also cause the above problems to exist. This requires tailoring the medicine to the situation and adapting to local conditions.

4. Of course, there are also some other reasons that need to be considered. If the cycloidal gear reducer often operates at an overload, there is also a possibility of overheating

There are many reasons for the overheating of the cycloidal reducer. We need to gradually eliminate the fault according to the above points according to the actual situation, identify the problem, and then solve it. Of course, it is necessary to understand the structure and working principle of the cycloidal reducer. After learning to gradually rank the faults, we can easily grasp the methods to solve the faults of the cycloidal reducer.
