AMI 450L2A 10kV 2-Pole High Voltage Induction Motor (630-1280kW, IP55, IC611) for Fans, Pumps & Mills
The AMI 450L2A is a modular squirrel cage high voltage induction motor engineered for heavy-duty industrial drive applications. Designed in accordance with IEC international standards, this 2-pole motor covers a power range from 630kW to 1280kW at 10kV rated voltage, featuring IP55 protection grade and IC611 air-to-air cooling configuration, widely adopted to drive fans, pumps, blowers and mills in cement, mining, power, metallurgy and water treatment industries.
The modular construction is the core advantage of the AMI series. Standardized stator, rotor, bearing assembly, cooler and terminal box modules can be flexibly combined to match different power and working condition demands, which shortens production cycle and facilitates on-site maintenance and spare parts replacement. The rotor adopts high-precision squirrel cage structure, manufactured with reliable casting and dynamic balance technology. It delivers stable torque output, low vibration and noise level even under continuous full-load operation, and performs well during direct-on-line starting.
The motor adopts IC611 closed air-to-air cooling system. An external cooler isolates the internal circulating air from ambient air, preventing dust, moisture and corrosive gas from entering the motor interior. Paired with IP55 protection enclosure, it can effectively block solid dust and low-pressure water splash, adapting to dusty, humid and poorly ventilated factory workshops. The stator winding applies Class F insulation material with Class B temperature rise limit, equipped with embedded PT100 temperature sensors to monitor winding and bearing temperature in real time, together with optional space heaters for anti-condensation protection during shutdown period.
