2. Handling of oil quality deterioration faults
Blackening and impurities in the oil: Immediately drain the old oil and flush the fuel tank and oil circuit with kerosene or specialized cleaning agent; Disassemble and inspect the filter, clean the impurities in the filter or replace the filter element; After reinstallation, add new oil and replace it again after the first 50 hours of operation to ensure the cleanliness of the oil circuit.
Oil emulsion: Replace all lubricating oil, check if the gearbox housing has water ingress (such as seal failure or humid environment), and repair the water ingress point; Install desiccants or improve ventilation conditions to prevent re emulsification.
3. Troubleshooting of lubrication circuit blockage
Symptoms: The temperature rise of bearings and gears is too fast, and the local temperature exceeds 80 ℃.
Solution: Disassemble the lubrication pipeline and oil passage, and blow the blocked parts with compressed air; Check if the oil pump (if any) is stuck, repair or replace the damaged oil pump; Replace the filter screen, regularly clean impurities, and avoid clogging again.
4. Troubleshooting of poor lubrication (insufficient oil supply)
Reason: Insufficient oil pump pressure, oil leakage, and clogged oil nozzle.
Solution: Adjust the oil pump pressure to the rated value; Check the oil circuit joints, tighten or replace the seals; Clean the blockage of the oil nozzle to ensure that the lubricating oil reaches the mating surface and bearing raceway directly; If it is splash lubrication, it is necessary to confirm that the oil level is sufficient and the gear rotation is normal with oil.
